Using MigraLoom
You may use MigraLoom for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the information you enter, the security of your device, and how you choose to export or share summaries. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or information that are not yours.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid features may be offered through Apple’s App Store. Prices, trial eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and may vary by country. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, subscriptions generally renew automatically under Apple’s rules. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings and restore eligible purchases in the app.
Ownership and licence
MigraLoom, including its design, text, software, and brand, is protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app while you follow these terms.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise that MigraLoom will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep independent copies of any information you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigraLoom is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Apple terms
When downloaded through the App Store, Apple’s applicable terms and the Apple Standard EULA also apply. Apple is not responsible for providing support for MigraLoom; contact us using the address below.
